Rules

Hello everyone.

I am the new GM for the St.Louis Blues and I'm excited to be here. I'm hoping to get a lot of trades done with you guys and make my team more competitive.

As of right now, I don't have any concerns or questions other than rules. I was hoping someone could forward me a link or direct me to where I could find them. I would like to get myself familliar with the rules before the beginning of free agency.
